with the work involvement its difficult, I'd tend to say do as you please and have you way with her if thats what you want but as you work with her you will be stuck with her. I sort of went out with my stepsister to be (but never will be) I hardly see her anyhow so its not a problem but she was either "I want you" or "I'm ignoring you completely" particularly after we did have sex
