this girl i have gone out with twice i asked her to go to a sporting event last week but we ended up not being able to do it because of scheduling, but today she told me that she wanted to go to a sporting event today with another guy but couldnt because she had to work. I didnt really know how to respond to it Why would she say that? was it to make me jelous? to try to make me try harder to get her? let me know that other guys want her? or am i Just making to much out of it?

1. you're not alone in having scheduling difficulties and that it is OK, she still likes you.

2. there are other guys interested - giving you fair warning which she would ONLY do if she likes you.

3. she's telling you that she likes sporting events and wants you to think of more she could go to with YOU.

This notion is one of the major reasons this site exists. We ask questions, receive information, learn how to acquire greater insight in the process, and, make better more informed choices as a result.

Pursuing this action without first gaining clarification from her or in this case the more knowledgeable in this community short-changes the possibilities of a relationship by jumping to conclusions. Contrary to what your screen name suggests, if this had been you, and you cut and run, you may very well have been "ready4u" yet lost a golden opportunity by not understanding the language of communication.
