has anyone used any of the online dating sites like adult friend finder or fling, they want you to pay which sucks, but anyone who has tried it is it any good? or not?

I’ve used AFF in the past but never used fling (may check it out). I’ve stuck to sexinyourcity mostly. Yah, you pay. But it keeps those that aren’t too serious out. I’ve met a couple of girls from sexinyourcity.. Some of them were pretty crazy. But I just chalked it up to any other type of date that can go wrong.

I met some pretty cool chicks. And we managed to have some fun together. I still find that you pretty much have to hold these chicks hands to get them to actually meet you – even though the site is for hooking up. Whatever. It takes some work but it’s paid off for me. I think you just have to be patient. And don’t give up.

Anyone else had any experiences? I can’t believe it would only be working for me?

Back in the days before the WWW, there were several dating services located in offices in major metropolitan areas. The name of the largest most prestigious escapes me at the moment, and they all charged reasonable to rather large fees. (Ya gets what ya pays for.)

Also, try local and nearby newspapers in the classified personals section.

Next, just rely upon the ol' tried and true method of networking by informing family members, friends, and coworkers that you are interested in dating and to ask them to help by referring you to people they might know.

Lastly, join social and/or service organizations in your town/city where women also participate.
