I'm sorry sera, it's been a long time since I've lived in the neighborhood that I grew up in. The head FBI guy and his family moved out well before I even did although I think the Circuit Court Judge still lives at the end of the street with his wife. His two daughters and son all have families of their own.
I've found it's usually children of police officers that run the wildest, and the ones I know agree. It's not just them that get out of things it's the one's with lots of cash too. My family never had near the cash that most of the families in my hometown had yet it was there to see. I don't know that the person in power only see's their child, they want the whole issue to disappear. Oh did I mention I dated a guy from when I was 14, actually 13 and a half, til I was 18? He was 17 when it started and 22 when it ended.

Well, from what I see currently the system still works the same. Long ago was married to one cop/attorney [on me] and well the privilege's still extend. However, we did not have children...it was my observations of the co-workers in the departments. Yes, they usually are the wild ones, and even the cops out, off duty, get away with "things" the ordinary person would not...and they run pretty wild as well.

I don't write too much about the ex...for reasons which he has put my life in danger continuously. At one point he found my posts here & I was confronted by one of his buddy's. They found it since one of his cohorts was in one of my grad school classes and recalled the website I built, using the same acronyms as my user name. The question remains is he crazy or crazy like a fox since he still does things to get me into court or to try to stalk.

I know a few of the financially wealthy people & well, their money did not buy them out of a situation; one is a well known name to a family fortune. He did hard prison time since he was used to be made an example of.

it can all be the crime and yes is it an election year to determine a prosecution or not. it can also be who is the victim, and i think all a parent in new york would have to do is take their underage daughter to a medical center and the doofus that had his way with her will be prosecuted. it's not the parent prosecuting in most sexual cases it is the state or the county. so you don't have to be caught in the act.
Anyway he is 16, with lots of hormones. Girl one is 14, and well yes she is to young and his best bet is to sit and have a brother/sister talk with her. And the 19 year old woman, you better tell her you're 16.
Not being a male how much does a 16 year olds penis change or develop til they turn 18 or 19. I'd hate for her to laugh at him.

I think everyone on this forum hates me. I just got bad rep with no explanation for the 3rd time in a row. Anyways let me say it again, I HAVE NO INTENTION OF SLEEPING WITH THE 14 GIRL. I always talked about what kind of older guy would be attracted to a young girl. I always assumed it had to do with manipulation. Hell I am not even attracted to girls my own age because they are so incredibly shallow (not that I’m not). Now I meet this absolutely brilliant girl, that I admit, I developed a crush on and she turns out to be fourteen. We just ended up having a lot in common because we went through a lot of the same things being in university at such a young age. Anyways as I said, I did not really need advice just wanted to talk about it and hear what people thought. And Chik did you really just ask how big my penis is. My last girl friend/FWB was also 19 and had no complaints. If you really want to know it is 7” on a good day and about 4” in circumference.

Is the only reason you are not romantically involved with this girl because you don't want to sleep with a 14 year old? I honestly expected you to be a lot older than 16, if you think about it, that's only 2 years, and it appears you two really click.

But if you do not want to date her right now, I ould sit her down and explain to her that you are not ready to date her, but you think that she is awesome and that you want to remain friends. Then, maybe in the future, there could be a possibility of something happening.

As for the 19 year old, you wouldn't be the one getting in trouble, she would, so you have to think about that. Quite honestly, the age law pays more attention to underage girls with older guys rather than younger guys with older girls. But if she and you are willinng to take the risk, then I can't stop you. Quite honestly I shouldn't be talking since I have dated a guy "illegally".

Mr Saint, I don't hate you, I just think you're full of it. Look I was younger than your little friend and was in a relationship with a man older than you.
Let's see 16 is 10th grade and 14 is 8th, I know a few 10th graders that asked a 8th grader to a school dance. And if she was 14 last year, now she's 15 so actually there is only a one year difference between you RIGHT?
And no I could give a hoot how big your penis is. I asked, because I am a woman, what kind of development happens between 16 and 18 to the penis. Obviously the male is not born with it fully developed so I find this to be a perfectly honest question.

Actually it was not easy to get her actual age out of her, she just turned 14 and I turn 17 in a few months, so it is almost a 3 year age difference. I just feel really wired about the entire situation and I don’t know why.

Chik, once again I am bad at joking when I’m typing, it was meant to be a joke. I know you don’t care about how big my penis is. For an honest answer to your question, I think there is a lot of variation in what time a male develops. Since I was an early developer I have no trouble passing off as 18 or 19

You feel wierd because you have issues with messing around with her. And you SHOULD have issues with it. She may become attached to the point where she'll want to continue after you have turned 18 and you know you can no longer "go there". The adult/child divide is creeping up on you and creeping you out.

So far I have kept our relationship platonic. The thing I think is creeping me out is I have all the emotional attraction to her I have had in the past for this one girlfriend I really liked. But in the case of my ex-girlfriend, I was allowed to have the physical attraction to her as well. Now with this young girl I can’t have those same feelings or at least can’t act on them. I don’t know if that makes sense or not.

It is true you CAN"T act on them. If the feelings you have have not yet subsided should you not remove yourself from her. That way you not only will be safe from future attraction and temptation but also insure that you are not sending the wrong or mixed messages to the girl.
