bf up problems

My Bf is starting to have problems keeping his friend up and is thinking about going on the pills to help but i don't trust them and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas to keep him up

There are lots of threads about ED, but I do have a question. Once you use a pill can you eventually not use one?

He needs to see a doctor for a full physical exam to determine the underlying cause; physical or psychological. Then treatment can be sought based on the root of the matter.

What can you do? Be supportive and not put his lack of erection as a issue on him. Or just take much time to play and get him erect and staying there. May take time & good communication is important.

He does need to speak with his doctor about this. There is some indication that sildenafil (in all three ed meds) can help a man regain confidence and lessen the need for help. This has been seen in younger men who are generally healthy. In a 70 yo, likely will need them for the rest of his life.

It is at least as likely that the problem is in his head as in his genitals but physiological issues must be examined and rules out.
