Too Ridiculous To Believe!
Okay, so I got the wierdest call today. I figured you might find this entertaining because Im still in awe over it.
![]() So my girlfriend's mom, yes my girlfriend's MOM, called me...she was all nice "Hey hows it going blah blah blah" Then next thing I know...you cant date Summer anymore!" Im like WTF?!?! and that was the end of that conversation. ![]() I find it unbelievable because two days ago she got ungrounded...(after 3 months because she told her mom she wanted to go to a community college...and her mom thought it was just for me) And her mom refused to let us even go out to dinner....until finally today she snapped and started yelling at her for asking to go see Jumper.Any advice (She turns 18 in like a week so yea...)?

Have you been able to talk to your girlfriend?

She has to abide by the household rules; however, at 18 depending on her mom if she stands up, she might get some latitude. Much depends on what she can do for herself. Unfortunately Ducy...I think you are in a no win situation.

Is she one of those goody-goody or naieve girls that feels obligated to tell her parents EVERYTHING?
My first girlfriend was that way, she used to tell her mom everthing that we did. It wasn't all just fear of lying-through-omission, but she had poor judgement in knowing what not to tell certain people.
