ok, me and my GF, well, its mostly me but I know shes not letting on that she is happy with it. I am starting to think I am having a habit of cuming to quickly. Let me set it up for you.

no, I was just adding that as a reply to emilie about pleasing her more to maker her closer to cumming. The bottom line is I am still like a 15 sec man. Now, the thing is, after that first blast, I can hold a boner and keep from cumming for like 20 to 25 min, drives her wild, just dont cum as hard in round 2. It seems like I am down and out if we have sex on my first shot, but if I fire that round off in some oral then I can really take the pleasure up a notch with lasting. She needs to look at her meds & ask about the change--delayed or absent sexual response. You cannot fix yourself to accommodate her needs, just do your best. I've read the posts and I understand what they say and I actually make sure to give my girlfriend all of it. I dont treat sex as just intercourse and make sure to have plenty of foreplay to make it nice and hot. I just want to increase the intercourse duration as well to make it hotter in that aspect. I can tease her and build up the fun for a good long time and even get her off through oral, fingering, but id also like to make her cum regularly from intercourse. Okay so you do not want to do the squeeze thing? When you are aroused...and on the edge, think of something less then pleasant...when I was young, my bf said he would think of the Nuns in Catholic School and that would hold him off. Over time, you find you can hold for a very long time...Ex fiance? He could go for hours...it was more of a control thing with him...I would hit the point after multiples of begging him to orgasm!
