In a bit of a bind here.

So I recently broke up with my girlfriend and I'm not looking to get into something serious for a while. Right now I'm just looking for a good time and some sex on the side. Really a friends with benefits type of relationship.

Here's where my problems come into play. Every time I go out to socialize somewhere, every woman I meet is looking for a relationship. I do know however that there are women out there who are looking for something similar to what I'm looking for. Just a good time. However, the only place I can seem to find these women is on online dating sites, and I have yet to find one that'll let me do anything without paying a ton of money for a membership.

So does anybody have any suggestions on how I can hook up with someone who's interested in the same things as I am without having to pay out the ass to find?

A good friend...Thats how I used to get a FWB...It worked really well up until I started dating this girl and my FWB didnt understand that I had a girlfriend and didnt wanna hook up with her anymore...(she tried to get with me at a party with my girlfriend there...)...lol

Just go out and socialize a bit more...I mean your bound to find it eventually...but to be honest, I think your more off finding a one night stand if your not going to pay for a website...

Evolutionairly speaking, Women are more inclined to want a long term relationship since they would suffer the "consequences" pregnancy while a man just wants to go around humping every warm hole he finds to spread his seed.

Men have a plentiful sexual resource while women have more "expensive" sexual resources, and they have fewer of them so they will be more catious with who they mate.

Also, society and girls in general do want to appear "easy" or "slutty" in the eyes of their community. I mean, in our society men will get high fives if they've slept with more than 5 women in a week and a woman would get spit on or shunned for doing the same deed.

Take a step back and look at it from the position of a woman, and you will probably gain insight into why they don't want to just jump your bones for "just fun" as readily as guys.

You know some women with the proper birth control love sex and have just as high a sex drive as men and enjoy sex too? I don't like the hypocrisy that it is alright for a man to have fun but not a woman. If I wasn't in a relationship, I would most likely sleep with several men, not because I'm a slut, because I enjoy life and I don't think I deserve to be prude just because society deems it right. No I'm not going all womens' rights on your azz I'm just wondering what all the women fought and died for when we can't even express ourselves sexually without getting the whore image.

I wasn't trying to insinuate that -all- women are like that. I was just giving a evolutionary basis/theory to why women don't sleep around as much as guys do. Guy wants to hump every hole they find while women (assuming they can get pregnant) will want to keep that guy around to make sure he raises what he sowed.

And hey! I'm all for women sleeping with as many guys as they want (means I have a better chance of getting laid) since I see nothing wrong with enjoying sex. I feel people don't have enough sex sometimes, or they just talk down about it because their parents told them from a young age that you have to be married before you bump uglies. This is a country founded by very sexually repressed/frustrated people though, and those traditions carry over throughout time. I agree that women have made amazing progress to being more equal to men sexually, and I'm very happy for it because sex should be enjoyed and had by all. I was merely mentioning the negative connotation that people put on women having more sex than guys. I agree that it is quite unfair .
