Oral issue

I've never been able to get off from oral consistently. Theres actually only been about 4 times in my life. I've been dating my girlfriend now for almost a year and she told me recently that she dislikes going down on me b/c she knows i'm not gonna get off and it hurts her. I explain to her that she's wonderful at what she does, its a problem I have and can't get the job done. I feel like its a mental issue. Perhaps I feel so in the spotlight that I think too much and am unable to relax enough to get off. Does anybody have any suggestions. Please I'm begging at this point and will try anything to help my situation. I love my girlfriend and don't want to lose her over this. Please help. Thanks.

Well, the only advice I can really come up with is to stop thinking. If you go into it worried about not being able to come, you most likely won't. Just close your eyes and relax, enjoy it and try to get into it as much as possible, and let whatever happens happen...

First tell her to grow up & stop being so insecure. And many men have issues since the sensation is different; the speed varies, and does the pressure of a mouth. Then add performance anxiety? Wonder why you can not come on demand?
