Ok i'll get straight to the point, i love my guy to bits but his breath ain't always the sweetest thing, i enjoy our kisses but the breath is off putting and i am finding myself wanting to kiss him less n less...
I have tried to tell him b4 which was disastrous first time round, but he hasn't really done anything about it and i dont think he knows how much it bothers me... PLEASE HELP! |

That's it!
Instead of spending the nickle or so on the mint that was previously suggested, send him to another person with a "medical background" so he can get charged $120 bux an hour to tell him to brush more frequently.
Funny, none of the obvious questions were asked before "seeking 'professional' help" was suggested... just go and spend more money without knowing the circumstances.... Does he smoke? Is it "morning Breath", or is this something that happens throughout the whole day? Does he brush after every meal or so? Or right before "bed time?" Heck, even "chronic halitosis" can be extinguished without the need for a wallet depleating trip to the "medical professional." Not every situation needs to be diagnosed by a "medical professional." After all, some people DO Have common sense and a brain of their own. ugh... |

Umm yeah but usually only a Dentist can get your teeth REALLY clean!
I am kind of in the same situation. My b/f has bad teeth in that he doesn't take care of them like he should, go to the dentist regularly..etc. He smokes and brushes his teeth I think once in the morning. I recently started doing better myself...trying to floss more...and go get my cleanings. I brush twice a day...but b/c of a fear of dentist (had a bad experience a few yrs back) I had A LOT of cavities!! so after I survived getting those filled.. I am doing more to make sure I don't lose the ones I have LOL. He's already had to have a few pulled just b/c they weren't worth saving. And when he does go to the dentist...its usually to get something fixed... he's been several times this year and they still haven't done just a routine cleaning. I know mine isn't always the greatest (I smoke too) but like sometimes, he'll be sleeping and roll over to face me...and he's a mouth breather... and like it comes all the way over to my side of the bed! I dunno Lucy... hopefully we'll get an answer...which I basically know it's for him to do better basic dental hygiene ![]()
