Ex is playing head games - what do i do now???

ok so a while back i posted asking for help on saving my relationship. i ended up getting dumped after a year and a half official and two unofficial.

we have been broken up for 3 months and she is playing games with me. first she wants to be best friends. i was cool with it. cause it was better than nothing. well then she goes off on me more than once. each time she askes me to forgive her. well i do and then she ends up wanting to hook up with a friend of mine for about 11 years. i spend the night at his place not knowing what is going on and the next thing i know she calls me up yelling and cusing at me for spreading rumors becuase he shows no interst in her.

i dont talk to her for a few weeks then she gives me back the ring i got her for our one year and yells at me for playing games.


all i know is that she hates me but all my friends tell me that she still talks about me and that she still is in love with me but she doesnt want to be so she is using any excuse she can to be mad at me.


i need advice!!! please help me!!!!

I was reading back and you were a senior and her a junior right?
I mean she still in HS but not JR high...playing games is so immature!

People who just yell randomly for no apparent reason and get pissed at you for something you didn't do.... definitely not right in the head!

I wouldn't bother w/ it, it's too much drama. I feel bad for the next girl you start dating...just watch your ex, she seems like the type who would try to sabotage any new relationship on your end.

Headgames FTL. Anticipation is your best friend in this situation. Just sit back and watch her attempt to screw your mind; be entertained by her frustration and attempts in vain to get at you any way she can. I've dealt with a few of these gems in my days, and it used to get to me but not anymore. It can be hysterical, or kill you mentally/emotionally, whichever one you let happen.

Sometimes this results in frustration, which in turn leads to even more vicious attacks since the first attemtps were unsuccessful. Sometimes, scornful wrath knows no end, and will yeild to nothing.
