No sex for how long?

How long should a new couple wait before they should have sex?

We both are wondering how soon whould be too soon and we both want it now and I feel that we are ready and I am hoping that she feels the same and not being driven by lust and it is too soon for her.

Are you ready now? Are you secure in your choice? Do you have condoms, is she set up with birth control? Do you love her and everything else?

If you feel the need, and feel like you are responsible enough to do it, then do it! If not, then don't. Obviously the answer of, 'is this the right time', is only going to be answered by you and your partner, no one else.

Not driven by lust? Look you can "love" all you want but if there's no "lust" nothing's going to happen. They BOTH have a legitimate place in a relationship.
