How do I tell hem that I want to be with him and that I care? Every time I try my mind gose blanke.

Depends on your current situation with the guy and how you feel/ac as a person. If you have a wild streak in you try blurting it out to him.

But as you say you go blank, what about some loveletters or lovenotes if you know him quite well, if hes a guy youve 'seen' around get to know him a bit first just smile say hi, and start talking about things find some common ground.

Um I dont know what else to say really hehe ^^ Oh if you decide to write loveletters avoid words like 'because', 'or', 'else' and 'maybe' these usually make it sound more like an essay or forces choices, maybe can be used but sparingly for example from myown hand...
