what to do, or not do
So here's the deal. I've been with my boyfriend for 3 months and pretty much whenever we are together we have sex(about 3-5 times a week) not complaining, I love sex and all. But sometimes I'm just really too tired or not feeling well. I'm ok with telling him that, the problem is I know he still wants it. He feels bad because it's like we can't even touch on the few nights I don't want to. Any suggestions? How do we be together with out it always turning to sex?

If cuddling together is good when you do not want to do more, then just cuddle and hold each other.
If you want to take care of his needs and can do so without exerting a lot of energy then do this.

not everything has to be about sex. why don't yout try just talking instead? or going out to see a film or something?

If you want to be affectionate without having sex, then just take the action out of the bedroom. Hang out on the couch and just cuddle or something.
