Is having too much sex bad???
Well me and my older boyfriend have incredible sex almost every night of the week

I cannot figure out how it would be bad unless it was causing pain, or severe dehydration. 4 times a week definately is not too much so if it feels good do it!!!

well do it as much as you like and unless it prevents you leading a normal life or causes pain then there is no reason not too.
what is worrying is when someone interups sex to go check out their e-mail now that is insane

My GF & I average once a day & 3times on Sundays (normally her only day off) She's 11yr younger than me & loves it. Just hope my heart holds up!LOL Shure don't think you need to worry...have fun.

Only you can come up with the answer to this. If you're both enjoying it and are feeling satisfied, I think there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. On average, I have sex about 3 times a week, but I don't live with my boyfriend. When we get a chance to spend the weekend together, sometimes we'll have sex 10 times in a day, just staying in bed together and pleasing each other for hours. We both enjoy it, we're being safe, so it is perfectly fine. Why do you ask if this is OK? Are you having doubts about it being OK?

...and, only if it interferes with daily obligations, work, chores, fun, etc. A person can't really have too much sex because at some point the body simply refuses to respond and that ends it for several hours to a day.

LOL what a concept! Ok I'll be serious here - it is 'too much' when you do not want to have it. this depends upon the inividuals involved - there is no set limit.

I agree, there is no such thing as too much intimacy in a relationship as long as you're happy with it. Four times a week is nice, but I think that if my Marine were around, I'd be more interested in like four times an afternoon (I was going to say hour, but I prefer non-quickies.)
Just enjoy it!
