Need help
me and my ex-girlfriend broke up about a month ago, i cant stand not to be with her an di have to get her back, she has a new boyfriend now and I need help, any advice will help!

Leave well enough alone. Do not mess with Mother Nature or a person with a different person in his/her life.
Get on with yours and find someone better. You may never totally get over the person and the process involved can sometimes take years depening upon the involvement. In your case, I'd say things will change for the better rather quickly once you decide to put forth some effort into dating again.
