Hmmm... why couldn't I have been so fortunate to go to an all boys school??
 Anyway...First, you need to figure out what your interests are. After all, why meet girls that you have nothing in common with? Is it reading, sports, art, etc?? Once you decide, look up organizations in your area that do those things. Your mutual interest in whatever subject gives you an automatic connection with anyone you might meet there... including girls. Oh... and another possibility: It may be an all boys school, but I'm going to assume that at least a few of these guys have sisters. Why not see if any of them have sisters you might be interested in? Good luck.

I'm not sure if your going to a high school or college.. but some colleges that are either all boys or all girls.. basicly go on field trips to the other campus, in order to party, or meet each other etc.
at least thats how my aunt and uncle met.. heh.

Assuming you're not cloistered... the answer lies in having a life outside of school... and maybe getting a little creative. Nothing wrong with online relationships... I knew a guy who insisted on going grocery shopping at least once or twice a week. He perfected a helpless routine that brought women over to help him. Did a similar thing at the laundromat... You probably have some research that requires a trip to the public library. Walk slowly.
