When my girlfriend left me for another guy I was totaly bummed out. I dono what it was like in your situation if it was a good break up or bad. She was my first true love. After the first month or two everything seemed fine but as time progressed and I was still single 6 months down the road I began to wonder whats wrong with me and then I started thinking about her ( I thought about her all the time actualy) but this time I started to REALLY think about her the times we had and stuff and it bothered me to think she was with another guy.

Your best bet is to date someone else and try to forget about your first

Well, my theory in life is you never get over your first. Your first love will always be your first love. You never forget them or get over them. You just eventually learn to live without them.

all break ups are bad, but on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the worse) it was about a 6 he moved to las vegas, and he thought i would dating other people until i moved over and that started a fight between me and him. he told me he didn't want a long distance relationship and if i wasn't coming down to live with him (near by not like "live with him") it wasn't worth it, i told him that i wanted to move down there and that i'd see him soon. Then my parents told me that i couldn't move to vegas because it was "too expensive, and too far" yet somehow washington was just fine (i live in arizona las vegas is a 4 hour drive, while washington is like really close to canada for all those that don't know). my parents knew nothing aboutmy boyfriend, which i know is bad but at the time our relationship was techinicly illegal so i couldn't tell my parents about him. the day my parents told me that i texted him saying i'm sorry for wasting his time and he said "you should be" idon't know if he thought i was joking or not i texted him again saying that i would miss him and he never responded. he was cool though we could talk for hours and hours, we'd talk all day through text messaging and it was really cool, i never thought about the age difference and i don't believe he did ethier it was just two people talking, and i loved him
