No i did not by being on (stirke) from men ,now that i am starting to want to start dating again this was just brought to light. i work long hours and all days of the week so out of site out of mind for sex and men . but now that i aware that there is something wrong i am seeking advice and help.

I'm confused. In the first post you say you don't want to date. In the second post you say you want to start dating again.

From the facts of your posts, it sounds like the problem is you are working too much and don't have a life beyond work. Less hours, less days of work = more energy and time for other interests.

Other interests probably will include "going out" -- maybe even with men.

That will probably lead to some hormones kicking in...
