wow..
people wont think of you different if you love your step sister right? (not in that, "oh, your my sister, i love you" way, but the "oh, your beautiful i want to kiss you under the moonlight at midnight" kind of way  )im wishing you the best of the best, whatever seems best for you.

Haha, I've actually taken the advice of some older members here. I currently hang around a site for teens, and I participate in the advice/puberty/ask sections there. I yet again appologize for any disruption I may have caused a while ago, I still have a lot to learn and I certainly was no wizard back then.

It could mean that she shows interest, things like that can mean they don't mind getting a bit closer to you, and maybe want to be more so. Even so, maybe she just wants to be more comfortable with a brother to be. Don't go rushing in because of a little footsies, take your time, test the waters. I'm definitely no expert at this, but that's what I tihnk.
