Dating Question
Is it considered rape when you are 16 and going out with a 25 year old? I am curious as to is it or isin't it.

I guess it all depends which country or jurisdiction you are in....that is the legal question that needs to be asked...the moral question?? well I won't go there...

technically in the U.S., if you two are having sex then yes it would be considered as rape. even if it was consentual between both of you.

Since youre from the US, yes its considered rape. Theres a two year age diff. between my gf and I, and we waited till she was 18, so I dont see what problem ya'll should having waiting too.
