Anybody got any ideas?

Just got dumped by my fiancee (yeah, I said it) and really down in the dumps. The worst part, a gun barrell is looking mighty friendly right now...

Well, a gun's not the answer. *Talk about your irrevocable decisions.

There is always the possibility that this could be one of the best things that ever happened to you. * First of all, you said "fiancee". *Better this happen now BEFORE a wedding and all the other complications that a marriage brings (like maybe children). *

You don't know that someone even better isn't right around the corner so don't do anything to lose that chance at real happiness.

Breakups are always hard. *The only thing that really helps is time (yeah... YUCK, but it's the truth). *Get out and do things. *Fun things with friends. *It's not the same as a love interest, but it will make the time go faster. *

And while it may not be for everyone... I've always found that good meaningless sex always makes me feel better after a breakup. *

The saddest thing in the world, is loving someone who used to love you.

If words could fix something like this I would have writen to myself a novel the likes of which the world has never know, but alas, it is not that way.

I can say that I understand the hurt, the pain, the tears, oh the tears, and that....I'm sorry to say this, but it is going to hurt for a while.



Take stock in yourself. You feel worthless, but your not. Doing good things for yourself and others will help with this. Get to the gym; physical work eases mental stress. Volunteer and become active in your community. Not only will you feel better about yourself, but you will be making other people smile, and dare I say you even end up meeting someone new while doing this.

Help yourself and help others.....it's more nobel than eating a bullet.

The above advice is good- get back to a fav hobby and do some exersice to ease the stress....

...then get a big tub of ice cream and a spoon and a best mate

Guns aren't really that friendly anymore. Been too busy to even log on, till tonight. (booze + CSU football = me happy!)

Don't really know of any hobbies I could take up again, can't afford them.
