You need to just tell her to choose. Either she can be in a relationship with you or she can let you move on. If she doesn't want to deal with a long distance relationship then she needs to just let you go. Chances are she's not meaning to do this to you but she just doesn't know how to let go of you. She wants to have her cake and eat it to so you need to sit her down and tell her that she's not able to do that. No girl is worth being pulled around like this.
