I'm so not trying to be obnoxious when I say this but "Hi" is a good start. lol.
Our first convo started out somewhat like that.
When I got his # I had no idea it was a pager #. I thought perhaps I put it in wrong or he gave it to me wrong. But I tried it anyways. He called back, I said hello, he said someone paged me, I ask if it *insert his name*, he said yes, and I said it's *insert my name here* from work. And then it was pretty much "Oh Hi. What's up.". And it just kinda went on from there.
I don't think our first conversation was the normal first conversation people have, but that's due to a sexual attraction from the beginning and he pretty much wanted to know what I had done before... which was nothing.
And you know, even a year and a half later, our conversations still start off as pretty much "hey" (as I'm the one that answers the phone or calls him) and he returns with "what's up".
Yea, it's lame, but at least it's a starting point as we never know exactly what we're gonna talk about.
