k im not gonna lie im a lil kid...lol im 14 but i just have so many questions...and i went to google n asked about love...it brought me here...if thats not a sign i dont know what is so... i lived in a lil town and there was this girl who did look good but i didnt c what ppl saw in her. her name was LEXI and i was kinda obsessing over this other girl...i say obsessing because i had a thing for her for 5 years maybe 6 haha and then i moved and met this girl and she said she loved me after maybe 3 4 months of knowing me and she has said this kinda loose...wich i think is wrong to take love as a loose thing... and i said it back... i was young lol and i felt bad cause i guess she made herself belive it. so w.e i moved again and i spent the summer at my friends and saw the LEXI girl and started having a thing for her she had a thing for me too she told me later after i moved. Then i came back up the next summer i had a thing for her again she had a thing for me and one of my friends. it seemed like what me and her had was stronger. i left talked to on aol n stuff n i really have feelings for her i guess what im askin is...how do u know if u love someone i mean i would seriously do nething for this girl i mean i still have feelings after 3 years and being apart for all but 1 month. so given my back ground...am i just spazzing or do i really have something special here?!

Honestly? You'll know your in love when you are.

I personally don't think, and this is just a personal opinion, that you can really be in love at the ripe age of 14. You're still "growing up". You're still experiencing new things.

When I look back at the people I liked, and how I thought it was love then, I know now it's not.
I can't say that I'm in love with the person I'm with, because of the situation it is I'm not allowing myself to go there, but I know that I love him. And what I feel for him is just... different... for what I felt for those in the past. Yea, sure, I would move heaven and earth for him and at least one person in my past, but the feeling is just, different.

I look back on someone in high school and I'm still "hung up" on him and I haven't seen him since I was probably 19. I'm 24 now.
And I know that if I ever saw him again, I'd probably turn to goo. But it's just like, an infatuation. Just because I still think about him doesn't mean that I love him and am in love with him.

But anyways, no one can tell you that you're in love or if you love someone other than yourself. No on is you. No one can tell you how you feel but yourself.
