I think it's more of a guy thing really to worry about if the ballsac is big enough. Girls I don't think care much (although I'm sure some do). It's there, it's fun to play with. It's fun to suck on. That's all that matters to me. lol.

I dont think most girls really care or put that much emphasis on the nutsac. I dont. ::shrug:: its just something extra to hold and fondle. especially when they are kinda hangy hehe

Now see, I'm kinda more fond of the rounder ones and the ones more attached.
I mean, it's not like I wouldn't take more of the "hanging" ones, I just guess I prefer the more rounded attached ones. Kinda like I like the uncircumcised penis over the circumcised one. lol.

A preference to "hangy" or "high up" scrotum? Wow! Quite the topic!

Just a few notes here:

The testes will "hang" if the man is relaxed and the body is warm (the sperm need to be kept at a cooler temperature than the body itself), and will contract/recede, "high up", when the body cools down. Kinda like how the penis will also shrivel after a cold swim or cool shower. So if you actually do have a preference to how the scrotum will hang, or not, you'll have to control his body temperature. This is also why the scrotum has a shriveled appearance. There is actually a lot of skin there. And some men have more of it than others. One of my friends can roll his around his belt and tuck it under the bottom. Pretty damn hilarious!
