I am finding it hard to connect to a girl. I listen and respond but I can't find myself showing a interest in them, even though there is something there. Maybe it's just the man's genes but it's hard not talking about things that I know very well. Please help if you have any comments and/or solution or Ideas.

Maybe you should find girls that actually SHARE interests you have. That way you aren't always listening about something that doesn't interest you.
My b/f and I share interests in music, movies, comic books, and video games. So we always have stuff to talk about.
