Unhappy

What is your thoughts on asking men out? I, as a female usually ask men out most of the time. Sometimes I feel that if I don't, I'll be like, 80 y/o with 80 cats by the time they get to it. Is it okay to ask men out? Do you ask men out? Do they (men) think it's aggressive? Are you flattered?

I'm for it! I like to ask men out AND I like being asked out...lol. Sorry couldn't resist.

This probably falls into the "subjective question" catagory. Some men will think it's great if a woman asks them out, and some will think she's too aggressive. It just depends on the guy.

No, I don't ask men out. LOL

But as I guy... I think it depends on the how and what. The safe play is to suggest something that might be one level below a "date." (Lunch, coffee, drinks, etc.) Some guys are going to be old-fashioned about it and want to do the courting, so to speak, but you may have to wake them up to the idea you'd like to be courted.

Man, I think I just dated myself big time!

Seriously, on the too rare occasions that a woman has suggested some kind of encounter, I've been flattered.

It becomes aggressive if you control everything... make it a question/suggestion... give the askee some input even if it's just time, place, etc.

BTW, I like cats.
