So this ex of mine have been friends since we split, i have been trying to hook her up with this friend of mine. except i think i may sill have feelings for her, and i dont wanna hurt my firend because he hella likes her..but i dont know how to get her to like me and im not sure i wanna hurt my friend words of advice would be really honored here

I'd offer that you might want to stop operating in a vacuum, by yourself... you can't "hook her up" or "get her to like you" anyway. Relax, see what happens... or better yet talk to them both about what's going on - especially her.
It might be as simple as telling your friend he's on his own since you're not sure how you feel about it. At the same time, it's important to recognize that residual feelings for an ex are normal and not necessarily a reason to try to get back together. You might want to remember why you split up...
