Close friends with Ex

Every women ive ever hooked up with always after we split she hates me and does not wanna be friends, except this one gal zoe. We remained close friends and we chat all the time, about really personal stuff as well, ex. who she is sleeping with, who she is to nervous to ask out etc. Mean while i just sit there giving advice and saying "i'll see if hes interested in you." I try to make a move all the time, but she dosnt seem to notice or be offened at all. Like she will ask who im interested in these days and ill name who ever im with and then ill say "and maybe i think i may have a thing for you"..please tips i really want to get back with her
