Well have you BOTH been ignoring each other or just her ignoring you?

What are you fighting about? Seems like a very new relationship for it to already be going sour. If you just got the job a month ago and are already dating a boss.

Do you think she does this often?

I would be careful since she is your boss.

Maybe she is flirting with the new guy to get your attention. Are you still paying attention to her?

Maybe you should take her out and talk to her and tell her how you feel and that you maybe are jealous about the new guy and afraid she likes him. Don't accuse her of flirting with the new guy. Just tell her it makes you sad that you two don't act like that anymore.

Good luck!
