Yeah he would probably like it. I do little things like that for my boyfriend, and he loves it. He is such a romantic- he loves to be held. He's like my little teddy bear. When i am holding him, or vice versa, I just kis whatever is right there, be it his hand, his chest, his belly, back, whatever! He loves the affection
 I'm ure your guy will too.
