Picking up women who work at stores???

I just got home from my local video store, and I met this really cool girl who I immediately liked while I was there.

Today, was a really hot day, so I decided to take a walk into town to rent a bunch of movies. As soon as I walked into this video store, there was no one in the video store but this one girl (who seems be around my age, I'm 27, she seems to be in her 20's too) who worked at the store. Right when I walked in, she looked right at me and had a huge smile on her face. I'm like "It's reall hot weather outside", and she said yes and started bragging on about the hot weather, keeping my time off to make me look around for movies to rent, but I didn't mind, since she was a cute looking girl.

I went around and picked up five films: "The Last Samurai", "Matrix Revolutions", "Runaway Jury", "Gothika" and "Big Fish". I rented all those movies because they were all 7 day rentals. So I can watch those movies any time I want instead of watching them all in one day.

As I was at the check out counter, paying for the movies I rented, she started talking to me some more. She was really flirting with me this time. We then started talking about "The Matrix" and "Big Fish". She's like, "I don't like the Matrix, those are movies for guys, but I loved Big Fish though." Then after she said that, we continued on to a half an hour conversation about movies.

I'm thinking to myself, um, ok, this girl seems to be a huge movie buff like myself. I love movies, I love collecting DVDs and I go to the theatres constantly. This girl seems to be in the same background as me...being addicted to movies.

Now think about it, if I dated a girl who doesn't watch movies, she's going to get bored around me. But this girl I met at the store seems to be a huge movie buff as I said. That's the kind of girl I want to date is to have the same interests as myself because it does make really fun conversation.

I thought about asking her name and phone number, but I feel that it wasn't a good idea to do that right away. So I figure every time I go the video store, I would keep talking to her everytime I see her there.

So have any of you picked up a partner at a store where they worked? You know, picking up girls from stores in town, the malls, etc. Have you guys kept going to the store all the time just to talk to this same girl that you like? Just to go there and buy something, I mean, anything just to talk to the girl you're interested in? After seeing the girl I met today, I'm going to keep going to the video store every weekend now just to see this girl. She's really cute and I immediately felt attracted to her. She had a smile on her face the whole time.

Any advice is appreciated.

Hmmm... never picked up a girl....lol. *But I worked in a store once upon a time. *Picked up several guys there. *

For this girl, maybe suggest you see a movie together sometime. *Talk to her. *Find out what she likes. *Then when something new comes out, just ask, "Want to go see ******* with me?" * After all, the worst that can happen is she says no.

If she says no, then who cares, there are other women around, but I'm sure she'll say yes, she seemed to really like me since she talked to me for at least an hour at the video store.

This is an easy one: Next time you go to rent some movies, bring up the subject of movies currently playing; ie: TROY, and ask her is she wants to see it with you!

Clearly this is an opportunity! GO FOR IT!

All she can say is:
1) No, thank you
2) I can't that nite, but maybe another time
or
3) Sure, when is good
