Smile

I met this guy last summer, and we got together this august.

Im now very happily attached to this man (hes 24) and just think the whole thing feels "right".

We have so much more in common, and share lots of little habbits. My parents REALLY like him, and is always welcome, he even has a toothbrush here! My parents dont mind me staying round his, and they have commented how he & i make a much better couple than i did with any of my ex's.

I made a point about not getting "coupley" with my ex's (as i knew the relationships wouldnt last) but this time everything is different.... for our anniversary a while ago, i got some photo frames, and got copys of a picture of me & him my friend took at a bbq. He keeps his on his desk (he loves it) and i keep mine on my bedside table- ive never taken a photo of a boyfriend before, let alone framed it and kept it by my bed!

We recently went away together to help at a car show (we met thru being in the same club) with a small group of friends. After we came home i couldnt sleep for 3days, as i was used to him being there at night.

Does it sound silly but i feel ive now "been there and done that" in the dating game (ive had a year at uni as well, and i feel ive grown up a lot) and i care about this man so much, could this be it?

emms -x-

Hi Ebony. Hmmmm 2 weeks and no one has replied. In any event, it's entirely possible that he's "the one." You don't mention your age, but since you're in college, I'll assume that you're no more than 3-4 years younger.

The problem that you face is that you're in a very tumultuous, emotional time in your life. You're out on your own, possibly for the first time, and it would be natural to reach out to someone to help stabilize things. That doesn't sound like the case in your circumstance, but you might want to think about it.

Is he in school as well? Are you continuing at university? Where does he want to be in 5 years and where do you see yourself in 5 years? My advice is to keep things staus quo. Sounds like all is good in the lovelife right now and there's no need to rattle the cage. Good luck.

Hi Wiseman

Im 19 (should have mentioned that before, opps!) and Im just starting my 2nd year at university, i intend to get my degree as hopefully that will set me up on the right track for a decent job! Ive always been told ive got an older head on young shoulders.

He is not studying, (he already has a degree so has been thru uni) he has just started a new job as a teacher. its great in my eyes as it means whe i got home for xmas/easter/summer i will get to see lots of him he is also going to come and stay with me at my uni house at weekends.

any more views? im still totally head over heals and feel this is more of a "permenant" thing !
