It's pretty normal to have to void afterwards. Anatomically women have their "inners" packed together pretty closely, and vaginal penetration (finger or penis) tends to give us the feeling of having to empty the bladder after all is cooled down. Also, have her hit the ladies room before hand so her bladder is empty, that may help. Otherwise she may just be full again and really have to go.
Don't think twice about it! After intercourse, we have to hit the restroom too. I have had a few men comment thinking it was "unromantic" to have to get in the bathroom after, but heck let them be all sticky/drippy and sleep in the wet spot!
I agree with Sera. Plus, peeing after reduces risks of getting UTI's, so it's actually good that she pees after. It's nothing to worry about. I do it all the time.
