Whether you are climaxing as a result of Foreplay (h/j &/or b/j), or, pulling out and finishing with a few spurts on her skin, or, enjoying full intercourse and ending with this, the answer is quite "elementary, my dear Watson": Do what you must to help her orgasm, first.
