Not unless semen is permitted to come into contact with the vaginal entrance or inside by whatever means--fingering touching the tip of the Glans against it, etc.
If he ejaculated anywhere in and around your vulva and the semen ran down to the entrance then ejaculating on your body (there) would be dangerous and irresponsible.

In the future, bring a box of tissues to the bed or a damp washcloth. There is no need to get up and go into the bathroom. This can kill the mood and is a needless interruption.
