ive been goin to gym 3 days a week now for about a month solid and i take creatine and muscle and weight gainer, im 6'4 and want to bulk up a bit and get more toned. ive been on the creatine and muscle and weight gainer before but it wasnt a routine e.g. had it after the gym when i went and didnt thave a routine
now i have them both every morning and another muslce and weight gainer shake after the gym.
ive noticed that in my first 2 weeks i wasnt horny at all, didnt have the urge to watch porn or anything? has creatine had this effect on any other guys out there?
im 19 btw and normaly go for it everyday, or did i should say lol

You should really do a search online about cretine and, especially, talk to an thletic trainer or other knowledgeable person. There have been few medical studies on the effects of creatine. Conclusions are generally that it can help develop muscle mass but has little effect on performance such as running, swimming, cycling. I guess, then, body-builders would like it but it is of no value to other athletes.
There are different forms of it and it is possible that the brand, dose, form that you use would have different effects on different people. There is no established relationship with the male libido but your experience has been reported by some others. The big problem with these supplements is that they are unregulated and dosage is sometimes iffy. Talk to some really knowledgeable people - not just your workout buddies.
As I reread your post, I note you are doing supplements mornign and noon. Overdoing perhaps?
it says to have them twice daily, i only have the creatine on a morning tho, only need one teaspoon of that a day becuase its concentrated stuff...
im doin a sport course at college now, even tho im 19 lol messed up the 1st 2 years =p but anyways i would ask one of my teachers but id feel too embarresed to ask...

I am into exercise and nutrition and have taken creatine in the past, but quit it mainly because I thought it was a waste of money. I do not recall any effect it had on my libido, however. That said, I have just Googled 'creatine' and 'libido' and a few results came up suggesting your issue may not be unique.
There's a really simple experiment you can do: stop taking creatine for a couple of weeks and see what happens.
Really, you can still get big, if that is what you want, without excessive amounts of supplements and if you are working-out hard, your sex drive should actually increase because of your body's extra testosterone production.

I also would look at how much you are working out...perhaps you are overdoing it and not allowing for recovery of the body? No libido can be caused by fatigue. I agree to skip the Creatine & see what happens.
hmmm, i think im going to keep goin with it for a few more weeks and see what happens. i seem to be more "active" these last few days so it might have just been my body getting used to it.
