getting the energy and desire back into my sex life! I feel so tired when I get home from work not to mention stressed out. I work mid-shift and it really throws me off sometimes. I've just started back exercising, quit smoking about 9 months ago and been eating right. I do feel pretty good in the middle of the day....of course that's when I'm working. Any advice on how to get my groove back on? I feel like an old lady :(

Take a catnap and see if that helps. Also, take a bath and just relax in the water for half an hour. Maybe do both.
