Heres one for everyone. As we know there are many Costume web sites that offer adult costumes and everything inbetween. My personal favorite was when my G/F dressed up as Dorothy. She even got the red heels, (pumps) i might add, and the wig to boot!

I have dressed up as a nurse (oh yeah hard one since I am one), I have been a cop, a nun ( yes and it was fun), a prisoner, a slave (my fav) and genie, a teacher, a librarian, a school girl, a vulcan (yes I had a geek as a b/f, ears and all), a firefighter, a bunny and Cat for Halloween, ummmm...Eve...
AND WONDERWOMAN! My fav.
While looking at some costume sites last night, I came across a "jungle woman" outfit and let me tell you... this skimpy outfit just ozzes sex and raw inabitions. I dont know if you guys or gals saw this one but its worth checking out. Definitly will be added to my list of things to get. Now I know heels didnt exist way back then but lets face it, you gotta have them.
Id love to have a girl dress dress up as princess leia in the slave costume I would be all over in a hart beat I once saw a really hot teacher at a scifi convention when I was younger and oh my oh my.Im a star wars geek and proud.
Once upon a time, I worked in a hospital... so I had the uniform (scrubs, stethoscope, etc...) and used it for Halloween one year. I REALLY enjoyed playing doctor.

as far as the guys dressing up, my boyfriend said he doesn't b/c he wouldn't look that great in a thong, or pretend cops uniform lol.
Men's costumes do look a little funny sometimes.
