The most common brand in the US and Europe is the Today sponge. I understand it has had a spotty history in the US with a manufacturing facility shut down by the FDA several years ago. It is made, I believe, in Canada and and Europe. The ones I am familiar with have three types of spermicide and cost about twice what other spermicidal contraception costs. Try online; I am certain that online resellers have it available.
Some Yank will have to comment on availability in the US.
You can find them on-line or at any chain drug stores such as you local CVS or Walgreens Pharmacy; same isle as the female products or condoms. I do notice though the condoms are now locked in cases to prevent theft!

If not in the condom section look in the feminine product isle. I noticed they have begun to split all male products & female products. Hence, the reason why I noticed the condoms under locked cabinets along with the male razors...I use the men's razors for my legs...they work the best, LOL!
