If you are scared then you aren't ready and there isn't anything wrong with that.
You wont enjoy it if you are freaked out the whole time. And if he cares for you.. he should understand this and the pressures the WOMAN has on her when it comes to sex.
i agree... if it doesnt feel right dont do it! Losing your virginity for a woman seems to be alot more 'special' to them to us guys, so i would say stick it out till you feel totally relaxed and comfortable with the situation. You wouldnt want to regret something like losing your virginity to someone you wish you hadnt! :)
