I have had this girlfriend for a couple of months now, she is a virgin. We decided to have sex a week ago but as soon as we were both naked i put the condom on and my penis went soft, and i mean like a cats tail.
Got hard again, tried another condom, same problem.

I used to have that problem too. What worked for me was to have my girlfriend put it on for me, as to provide constant "excitement." I also had her put a drop of lube inside the condom. Hope that helps

The closeness and her touching (or caressing) of your penis as she puts it on might give you the excitement/stimulation you need to keep your erection.
Putting on a condom can kill the mood, but if you make it more sensual it can be another facet of the intimacy as opposed to a rude interruption. Spice it up.
(Obviously make sure she knows how to put it on correctly.)
Yeah, that can happen. Its happened to me from time to time as well. All I can really suggest is perhaps try a different sort of condom, or put on a bit of lubricant before the condom.
Personally, I've tended to have that problem with the tighter fitting condoms. Some condoms are made larger around the tip, which means they are looser fitting in that area. That allows for more friction, which is helped if you use a small amount of lubricant before you put it on.
I don't know if that will work for you, its just a suggestion.
