Hey everyone.
Recently, I've come to think that the colour most condoms seem to come in (you know, that pasty, translucent-white) seem a bit ridiculous. To me, it's the visual equivalent of elevator music - nobody particularly dislikes it, but nobody really seems to like it, either. The way I see it, if you're going to practise safer sex, you might as well make the best of it. I can't imagine having a bleach-white coloured penis adding a whole lot to the mood.
So, here's the question: What interesting colours have you seen/would you like to see in condoms? I, personally, would like to see red, and not just for the lollipop effect, either.

Well, in Europe you can buy nearly any color you can imagine. They are, however, not brand names and I would not recommend them because of that. Same for flavors. I really do not care what color it is so long as it does the job with a minimum of interference. I draw the line on those that glow in the dark. I cannot imagine laying there watching a glowing stick come at me!

You should try going to specialty shops as they'll have all kinds of stuff that you don't see at the pharmacy.
Given the choice, I would choose a nice soft blue condom. For some reason that seems appealing to me.
Those "glow-in-the-dark" condoms would make you feel like Luke Skywalker and Obi-Won-Ka-No-bee....you could stand on the bed in the dark and show off your lethel glowing weapon...:)

Now that you mention glow-in-the-dark condoms, I remember reading a newspaper article a while back that mentioned condoms that had a small chip inside them that actually played music! Another variety of these condoms used some sort of sensing device which started playing music when it was detected that the condom broke. I think that would come in handy.

I just got a bunch of colored condoms today and strange thoughts started running through my head...
All of a sudden that pink one looks oddly appealing, sort of like a guilty pleasure. Weird.
I want no colour, and the ones I buy almost have no colour. I want to be able to pretend there is nothing in the way.
