trying to get pregnant
Hi, my name is Jamie. My fiance and I are trying to get pregnant. We are getting married in November. We have been trying for 2 months, having sex about every 2 days or so. We are trying to make it fun and not a job and it is working great.
I was on birth control for almost 5 years and recently stopped because Austin (my fiance) and I have decided that we are ready for a child. I know it may take a couple of months for my cycle to regulate, but I was just hoping that someone would have some words of wisdom on the matter. I am more than ready to become a mother. I can't stop thinking about all of the little things that make it all worth while. So if anyone with experience with this could give us some friendly advise, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Jamie |

have you looked at NFP (natural family planning) yet? NFP- sharing experiences? keeping track of your bio feedback helps give you an educated understanding of when you are most fertile and when you are not. meaning that you can use it to get pregnant of not to if you don't have unprotected sex during fertile times.

Two months is not very long so I wouldn't be concerned. At the very best you were only fertile for 10 out of those 60 days. Here is a link to a discussion about How Pregnancy Odds Work | SexInfo101.com

I recommend that the two of you sit down, read the article in this link, discuss the information, and learn just how ready the two of you are regarding living together, and having a baby.
Do you have an action plan for your life together, or, are you just blindly hoping things will just work out somehow? I think we are ready to live together!! Please read the entire thread that includes a segment on babies. -doc |
