Other than three positions, what are means to make her pregnant quickly. We have been trying for 2-3 months without any contraceptives.

Low levels of Vitamin A is known to lower sperm count. Eating red peppers, dried apricots, carrots, and oatmeal, or other foods high in A should help.

Low levels of Vitamin C is known to lower motility. Eating cooked tomatoes, asparagus, snow peas, and, strawberries should produce more "horse power" or "traction".

2) Which time is best to make her pregnant

In a word: ABSTAIN for three days.
Time your next ejaculation for your first attempt during her fertile period.
In the meantime, do not masturbate in between this attempt and the next the following day.

Have you read around to the other threads with a similar title? We recommend that when trying to become pregnant have intercourse every other day from the end of a period to the beginning of the next. This does two things: it ensures that there are always viable sperm in the woman's reproductive tract and it gives the man adequate recovery time to ensure that he has an adequate sperm count.

Fertility specialists become concerned and start doing their thing after a year of unprotected sex. Even when a woman is "fertile" (that is, sex takes place during her ovulation) there is only a one in four chance of a viable pregnancy going to term. After a year, it is time for the sperm count and seeing a fertility specialist.
