Sorry no positions, however, I say just have sex with no expectations, unless there is a history of failed attempts. But the less pressure the better, just enjoy each others company and let nature run its course.

All sex positions except oral & anal are meant for making baby.Unless contraceptives are used for enjoying sex without fearing for babies.
Dont have sex for a week , so that when you do sex he can deliver maximum sperms . When you both are fresh have a nice,wonderful sex whole night with various positions such that you hubby can do maximum.
BUT any way to get baby is not in your hand. Infact one of my friend got pregnant eventhough she had his husband wear condom. So Chance factor, is always there.
There are some days in your month where you have more chance of getting pregnant. I think Dr Brandye can tell you better.
