As many after will post it is better to have two methods of contraception. You could wear a condom and/or you can use a spermicide. And remember that any sperm near the opening of a woman can find it's way to an egg, you don't have to be inside her when you cum to get her pregnant.

* It is not sufficient that she is on the pill, she must take it religiously and that means taking it at the same time each day and not missing a day.

* You have to wear a condom. In addition, you should place some spermicide in the tip/reservoir of the condom.

* She should also include a spermicide in the vagina making this a triple-decker layer of protection.

Any time semen is in the general vicinity of the vaginal opening there is a chance.
