This can happen from sperm being in precum and the liquid coming into contact with her "pieces parts", or, from an unintentional firing, etc. The penis does not have to be inside the vagina to make a person pregnant, only the sperm and they can swim from the outside in just as well as from inside the entrance. If semen runs down her skin and inside the vaginal opening, that is all that is required. So, as is often said when referring to a gun: "watch where you are pointing that...."
