I want to know why you would think patting her stomach would cause damage to a baby? We women are actually made to carry a baby, and to keep it safe. I'm not sure what an implanion is, sorry. So I think you need to have a talk with your doctor about them, guys can ask their doctors questions about us and they will answer.

Ok you need to stop with this HaHa and LOL, this is or could of been a serious issue. The only 100% way she is not going to get pregnant if for you two to stop having sex.
You don't need to be scared, and well if your girlfriend is a little "paranoid" go ask YOUR doctor. Ask what are the possiblities using a condom and implanion. The more you know the more you can be there for her.
Has she seen her doctor and had an exam, it can't hurt to go.

CL are you mad at me? This Tickle dude has a LOL or a HEHEHE or hahaha in all of the posts and this started as a question about him punching his girlfriends tummy and her bleeding the next day wondering if he had possibly hurt a baby.
